I’ve thought about how to present these photos to you. On one hand, I wanted to present the photos to you as a slideshow, making it easy to scroll through. However, that quickness blends each photograph together and no longer does each photo have a face: it becomes a mess of color.
My goal is to share a sort of joy I have never experienced in the United States. At a time that truly showcases the worst humanity has to offer (in a very direct way, at that), I focused on joy, togetherness, and an inexplicable hope that envisions a brighter tomorrow.
